ContacterGraduated with a master's degree in Construction and Real Estate (Paris XII), I have been practising as a lawyer for about ten years in France. During this period, I have developed a strong experience in drafting legal and judicial documents such as leases, agreements and writing. In July 2016, driven by my ambition to deepen my legal knowledge, I passed the Cambridge International Legal English Certificate (ILEC). To complete this formation, I have done a Msc Real Estate Development with the University of Westminster.Areas of law: All aspects of real property matters with a particular emphasis on commercial property.Commercial property: Business tenancies, including termination and renewal, break clauses, service charge disputes, rent and rent review, disrepair and dilapidations claims, valuation, compensation for eviction, Court appearances especially in front of "Property Valuation Tribunal" (France).
