Incredibly rude and impolite! I want to file a complaint against a company based in Paris and I have written an email to them (with a copy to Alaris Avocats) informing them that from now on there would be no more messages from me and that this law firm would deal with the matter as my representatives. After sending this message, I was preparing an explanatory message addressed to Alaris Avocats and Mr. DAVID H. HARTMANN has come forward to me and has written me this: "Hi Clown, It has come to our attention that you are using our name inappropriately and without authorization. We take this matter very seriously and have already informed the relevant authorities, including the prosecutor and Google, to address this misuse. We strongly urge you to cease any further unauthorized activities immediately. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards," I understand that I should have perhaps contacted Alaris Avocats before sending the message to the other company, but at no time did I speak on behalf of Alaris Avocats and I simply advised the other company of who will contact them next time as my representative. I wanted to contact this law firm because a friend of mine is a client of theirs but I think I'd better not do so and I'll tell my friend that he'd better change lawyers because this behavior and way of addressing people is very regrettable and inappropriate.

Our experience with Alaris Avocats, Paris was positive from the first moment that we consulted with David Hartmann. Starting with the way he greeted us made us feel like his most important client and he took a tremendous amount of time out of his schedule to advise us. It was a pleasure having him and his team represent us in the process of buying an apartment in Paris. He made this complicated procedure easy for us to understand and we felt comfortable investing our money in this Parisian property. His responses to all emails and phone calls were always fast and he was available at any time even after hours, accommodating us since we live in New York. There is a big difference between buying an investment property here in the United States and in France.
